Thank you Cindy, Jerry and Mr Barnett for exceptional service this evening in replacing our thermostat and uncovering mistakes made by another company. Jerry was great! He was professional, polite and patient with us. What a surprise to have someone at the door within 30 minutes after calling on a Friday evening! We would like to think Cindy, Jerry and Mr. Barnett for exceptional service! We came home on Friday afternoon to a run away thermostat (heat just keeps pumping regardless of where the thermostat is set).
