Horrible online experience:
I used the order by *** date for delivery by Christmas and free shipping. As of 26DEC 1257p central, my order has still not been delivered. Side note: I'm sending this to someone as a present but Barnes and Noble has no option to *not* include pricing on the shipping invoice.
