B & N lied to me, telling me express delivery I paid for, then it doesn't arrive and they tell me it's not their fault. I ordered 9 of the same book for a class I am teaching. They said whatever the post office does once they get the shipment is not on B & N. Then they say oh you ordered Jan 10 and oh we didn't get it out to post office until Jan 12, well that doesn't sound like express to me....

The person on bathroom duty must have called off sick. Urine all over the floor and urinal encrusted in hair. Let alone the creepy man at the sink putting vaseline all over himself. Gross!

Great place to take all my granddaughters. ..they all love reading. Great selection of puzzles of many kinds. Not a bad place to have a coffee and read a few chapters. Gift ideas galore.
