You can picture "John Hancock and Ben Franklin enjoying a tankard" at this "warm and cozy" Scituate tavern where "classic" Colonial surroundings set the scene for "excellent" Traditional American plates (they'll "satiate any red-blooded" appetite), all ferried by an "amazing" staff; the menu in the main dining room can run "expensive", though "bargains" can be found in the adjacent pub.
