Garbage. Absolute garbage. The only reason to go there is because there's no where else to go, and the people you know never throw parties.
Shaggy is worthless, and so is the DJ. All he plays is random stuff like country and 80s music for every 1 or 2 hip-hop/danceable songs.
My friend asked him to play something like like Biggie and he said something like he plays what he likes--no one gives a flying **** about what you like. You're a DJ, people pay you to entertain them, not yourself--why is that guy so selfish?
This place stinks! The bartenders are slow. The music is bad. They play two country songs, two rock songs, and two hip hops songs as there weekend rotation. No one ever gets into a rhythm. The staff was rude and patrons were rowdy. There were three fights while I was there. If you like a rowdy, drunken, fight-filled environment. Bar Norfolk is your place - but not mine.
Bar norfolk is really dirty and way to crowded. The management there is absolutely horrible. I will NEVER go back there. If you like dirty and rudiness then that's your place, but if you like something with more class go somewhere else

Everybody is entitled to their opinion and mine happens to be that BAR is a very nice place to unwind after a long week and just have so much fun. My sister and her best friend had their 21st bday bash and BAR was one of our stops through the week. May I say, that I have NEVER seen a mechanicalbull in real life and have always wanted to ride one! So you imagine how much fun I had! :) The girls/bartenders were beautiful and I'm no lesbian but they had some hott girls but so much fun and were very good at their job of hyping everyone up!
