I had a great experience at Bar Louie. Great food, great environment and awesome service. My waitress Alexis made sure to check up on me multiple times and made sure everything was in order, even though I was just one person having a small meal. Looking forward to being a regular at this one.

My husband and I went to the Short Pump location last night to eat and got to listen to the band Rear View Mirror as well. The food was good, the band was great but can you tell me why we had to pay a Richmond Meals Tax (printed on the bill as such). They are not in Richmond. Not a Richmond zip code (Henrico).
