WORST BoA I have Ever been to! There was Literally (profanity removed) on the walk away, No one to Greet you, pretty much Empty lobby. Yet I sit down with 2 other people waiting to get helped and sat for 20 Mins before I gave up and left! This was around 1 in the Afternoon.
