This bank has great tellers..... but I will not go here anymore because manager yells at employees. I don't mean talks but a full on raised voice yelling. This is not good for us as customer or even for the tellers. I don't want my teller upset because the manager is yelling at them.

This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever been too. There is no drive thru tellers so you have to come inside for banking. Thennn once you come inside there are only 2 tellers to assist you....
It is very clear why this bank has such bad reviews.
My husband came in here numerous times to have personal checks cashed and they are not consistent with their "policies".

This is the worst bank! I personally bank with someone else but unfortunately my job has a business account with them. No matter when I come here there is a line of 15 people with only 1 teller....
I absolutely despise this BOA! They don't have any drive up service and no matter what time of day there's always, always a line! And they usually only have two tellers who look like they could...
Me again, in extra long lines, waiting for one of two tellers to help 14 people.
