I am not sure if you have been in later than when you all wrote these reviews. This bank is the worst I have every been into. Once upon a time they were customer oriented, but no more, I have quite a few accounts at this particular office and closed them out one by one. I know several other people that had done the same thing citing bad customer service. Bank of America needs to take...
