this branch might be ok. But I have been holding on the phone for over an hour trying to get to the claims department about a fraudulent claim. I recommend that no one ever use a Bank of America...

I've decided to close all accounts with Bank of America and will do on-line banking with Ally. Hold times to talk to a representative are from 30 - 45 minutes. And, they have charged overdraft...

I've been a customer with these guys for 31 years so I've witnessed their DECLINE in Customer Service and Services of all kinds first hand. My most recent interaction with them was a NIGHTMARE!....

Their telephone response time is far below what one could reasonably expect. I was kept on hold for more than 45 minutes.

I've done a lot of banking here. Honestly, if you're banking somewhere else, you're probably also high on crack. Don't be high on crack. Do your banking here.
