After many happy years, BofA screwed up my autopay and socked me with a big interest hit. I am therefore going to dump them as my bank and find a good one.

Terrible service Third month in a row that I am the only one at the drive through. Had to wait 5 minutes before anyone comes to window . Took my information. It was just a deposit. Took another 10 minutes.

Thanks for ripping me off 100.00. Sent me a claim that the ATM paid me 100.00 extra with 50's. I never got any 50's and and never got 100 bucks extra either. They will not provide video or accounting proof of this transaction.

This place is the absolute worst. I just waited in like for over half a hour to get assistance from a teller, and I had to leave because I didn't have the time to be there. There were 13+ people in line and only one teller working. If this was the only time something like this had happened, I'd give it a pass but …

Very disappointed that the Wilsonville Bank of America was closed with 1" of snow today. Wells Fargo, US Bank, Columbia, Chase were all OPEN. I find it ironic that 99% of businesses were open today (restaurants, Costco, Target, Pet Smart, Office Depot, etc. in Wilsonville)...one would think a BANK …
