Unfortunately my experiences at Banfield have been mixed. They did a good job with my older cats diabetes and controlling it. The big problem now is with my new cat's operation as they botched it...thier own medical report specifically indicated ""inadvertant excising of the toe pad"". Another Vet ended up amputating the poor cat's toe on the affected paw in order to promote healing. To make matters worse, Banfield promised in writing compensation for the addtional surgery, and then failed to pay it (now 2 months plus) and have stopped answering emails on the issue. The vets have always been nothing short of wonderful to our cats. I'm not giving it five stars because the people who work the desk are sometimes having less than great customer service. We were leaving to take our cat to the ER - the vet called the ER while we were leaving to give them our records, let them know we were coming and what was wrong - awesome, thank you. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I had never gone to Banfield until today. I did read the reviews (on google) and even though they weren't good, I figured to be fair to the hospital, I'd try them out. Things can change and you never know. BIG MISTAKE. My appt. was at 2:00 p.m..
