I wouldn't even give them one star. The people here are horrible. I have two dogs that we bring here since we moved to Midlothian, VA. They don't care about how they present themselves. We have been loyal Banfield patients since 2012. We lived in another state, had an amazing experience and when we moved - Banfield moved our records to VA. We went to the Short Pump store and again had an amazing experience. We recently moved where the Carmia location was much closer. …
