We have a private lake, tennis courts, health and fitness center with clubhouse, 3-way security, pool, tot lot, and private balconies and terraces. Management is by Larrymore Organization.
The apartment we were shown before we moved in was nothing at all like the apartment we actually moved into. Tough luck for us because they made us sign our lease weeks before we moved in thinking the apartment we moved into would be at least as decent as the one they showed us at first. The place we actually ended up with had old & nasty appliances and cabinets and old carpet. The tile in the bathrooms and kitchen is old and gapped and nasty. There are water bugs all over the place, not to mention the rats. The 'office' gives excuse after excuse but they don't really care as long as they get their rent. This has just been a bad experience for me and my family and we wish we had never moved into this place.

This place is awful. It is filthy, and the management is rude. It took over 2 months to get the A/C fixed in the summer, the stove barely worked and the dishwasher worked 1 month out of 12! The electric bills for a 3 bedroom were over 350.00 a month!! We tried to get help to find out why and they would not help and when we found out the problem was in the electrical panel, they refused to...
