As always, the staff was great, and the dentists certainly know their stuff! I've been recommending Dr. Ballinger for years to any one who asks about a dentist. Kasey, their new hygienist, is very good, and provided me with some helpful tips.

I was seen on an emergency basis in the dental office and then called the emergency phone number for further assistance a few days later. I could not be happier with the assistance and care I received from all assistants and doctors in the office.

I had an appointment at Ballinger & Knopf this am. I began receiving emails and texts from Emma Galvan & Associates confirming my appointment last week. I was assuming perhaps my information was compromised and another dentist stole my information. When I arrived at the office, I asked who was Emma Galvan and was told "she bought the practice" I suggested that perhaps a letter should have gone...

Not the same as when Dr.K or Dr.B looked out for you. Personal touches gone plus you better pay upfront. Almost forty years as a client with this practice .. not a smooth, positive way to segway into a new regime. New owner never even introduced herself. Sad because the old staff there really cares!
