When speaking with management about problems she doesn't seen to have much interest.

Communication between staff members aren't good. Patient's aren't ready for appointments, they aren't prepared, they are dirty and without glooming. It appear that management doesn't care to be involved in any of the care of the patients living. Some walk around with ragged shoes. I think that the men should have their hair cut once a month by the home. These people as well as the state pay...
