Went to this urgent care on mothers day due to severe sore throat that had visible puss on them. Strep test was negative in office so Dr. told me it was viral. I said that every time I have had these symptoms it needed antibiotic. Was told to wait two weeks and return if not improved. i went to this particular u.c. 3 times last week for a high fever, cough etc. the front end staff was less than pleasant. they looked bored and very committed to nothing but the rolling chairs they were in. at one point when i asked them to come and get me when it was my turn because my head was plugged and i couldn't hear i was answered with a blank stare. of the 3 PAs i saw, only one was...
