Kris gave me the best facial ever. If I had known how relaxing the mood, the music and the facial massage would be, I would have not been so slow to make an appt. I truly felt pampered and can't wait to return.

Emily exceeded any and all expectations I had for my combined deep tissue and reflexology massage. She communicated with me to ensure the pressure strength was just right. Both massages were out of this world! I had yet another beyond extraordinary experience thanks to Emily and Balance Spa!
