BUYERS BEWARE! This is the same company that has operated as Balance Builders and Wallace Brothers. Stay aware from these guys for any work you have unless you want to spend excess money paying others to fix the mess they make. They recently built 12 homes and at least 9 out of the 12 homes have standing water and mold under the crawl space. Neither brother want to take responsibility for the...

Little to no responses to requests to fix items in brand new home. Don't grade yard properly, so water puddles with the littlest rain. Beautiful homes, HORRIBLE finish work. No quality control. Fixtures don't match...antique silver door handles, bronze light fixtures. You could end up with a chrome towel holder and faucet with a brushed nickel light fixture and antique silver door handle....
