Great people to work with, fair price, knowledgable, honest and decicated to helping you get the right parts in a timely manner. Would recommend Baker as the 1st call when looking for dependable parts and service. Couldn't help but notice the prior review. Sounds like this was a discretial employee looking to create a negetive image.
