This store is full of friendly faces.

I had an issue with my sofa and they fixed it very quick. I have bought almost all of my furniture at Badcock and they have taken care of every Issue i have had. They even replace a chair for me after my warranty was up.

i.eSo I buy a bedroom suite from these guys and request delivery. I'm given a 3-hour window (2-5pm) and told I'd be called prior to arrival. At 4pm I call and ask what time I can expect arrival, and the less-than-helpful person put me on hold for minute, returns and tells me between 2-5pm and that I'll be called prior to arrival. Well, it's after 5pm and still no delivery. Don't expect much...

This place is a joke! If you want quality furniture, and you expect customer service to listen to you, help you, or call you back -- this is NOT the place for you! If you do buy from them, and purchase the coverage, good luck getting anything fixed! The furniture will either break or wear out within weeks of your purchase - and it will not get fixed! They lie! Look up the reviews for this...
