It was a superb experience. We have moved several times and this was by far the best. Very professional.
Awesome Movers. We were told 13 hours before our move that Bellhops were unable to move our daughter. This was even after we gave reserved their services 2 weeks prior. Thank goodness Uptown Movers had a last minute cancellation. Mike and Colin were amazing, professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Can't recommend them enough... they were super-friendly, crazy efficient, and came in well under their estimate. Great company!
Poor customer service. Showed up late, got me out late, and damaged items and tried not to accept responsibility. Don't just take my word for it though, check out the BBB website to see complaints lodged against them. I experienced the same stuff, wish I would have checked them out more before hiring them.
