Love the atmosphere and staff

One of the best sandwich shops around and dinner menu too. Have never had a bad meal there.

Not true!!

Back Bay Gourmet DOES NOT HAVE A DINE IN FEE. We don't even take tips during our lunch service! Unfortunately, some of our nearby competitors have lowered themselves to spreading ridiculous information on the internet.....

This is graded on a scale, as it is what I would consider fine dining. So if you look at my other reviews, yes it is better than Hardee's even though Hardee's got a four. Took my bride here...
