Worst customer service ever! Never had a store charge more for wanting to pay in credit or debit. They are rude and not very welcoming, especially if you are Hispanic or black. I understand, the gun business is serious but I can take you to plenty of gun stores in Irving, who are friendlier and respectful. They do not thank you for any of your purchases. They do have a wide selection of guns...

At the Ft Worth gun show Saturday Dec 28,2013. I purchased a handgun. I filled out required paperwork, received a bill of sale with all info and paid cash. Shortly after, I received a call from them saying to come back that I didn't pay enough? The owner was RUDE! Says it way MY responsibility to VERIFY the amount they charged my was not below what HE wanted? He called me a ""CHEAT"" and ""THIEF"" for not doing so.
I had my receipt...I would have been within my rights to ignore his call. Instead, I DID go back to find out what was wrong. He wanted MORE...
