I made a purchase from this store online and had to cancel the purchase the same day. I talked to customer service the day of the purchase/cancellation and there were no issues. That day I found customer service helpful however the hold on my check card was not removed as they claim it had been. Five days after the purchase/cancellation the hold still remains. This store probably has the best Customer Service I have ever experienced. Everyone is very happy and friendly there. You feel like you are part of their family. The selection along with their prices are incredible. So many items to choose from and the best prices that I have seen.
