Help us make it rightBeen trying to get a mortgage through them for a Condo as they are a Franciscus preferred lender (you must use them to close with Franciscus) and was told Conventional with 20% down no problem. Well months later we are squatters in our home as they can't seem to get a conventional note and are now pushing FHA with multiple junk fees and lies, lies and more lies. These people just can't close a mortgage. Talked with my neighbors and no one has anything good to say about them. They are the epitome of shiester. They are liars, all of them. Makes you wonder how a big builder like Franciscus can make you work with a lender with no scruples such as OVM?
