Help us make it rightThe owner/braider gave me one price over the phone, but when I got there she charged me twenty dollars more. I asked her to do my hair in short kinky twist, but she did them in a longer length then I asked for. Then, I asked her to curl the ends a certain way and she became irate and started raising her voice and showing me pictures of kinky twists in hair magazines. When I told her that had nothing to do with my hair she offered me twenty dollars back and said that I was being difficult. I told her that I was paying for a service and wanted it done a certain way. She was yelling and being rude. I will never go back there again

I went to B.A. and I was so excited that I had two people working on my hair because it would cut down on the time. It did it was done in 4 hours. When i got home I noticed that i had two different sizes- the one in the front was 2 sizes bigger than the ones in the back. I will never go here again.

well to start off the place is nasty..look like it hasn't been cleaned up in months..they provide the hair but they didn't have the color that i wanted..which was black..they only had blond and brown..so i had to use brown hair...and the lady who did my hair wasn't that friendly..needless to say she did a good job on my hair.
