When i moved in there were missing cabinet doors and shelves. Bathroom ceiling was caving in and the ceiling had multiple cracks every where. they had rpaches ants and nats and the bedroom door would not lock. the vents were dirty and there were particles in the water. the washer and dryer were not worlking properly and the frig leaked water everywhere inside the frig and onto the floor. there...

I have been living at Azalea Village Apts. for the past year and a half and so far have found it to be better than other apartments that I have lived in. The staff members are friendly and always happy to help in any way they can.

These apartments are newly remodeled and very spacious. There is plenty of storage and having a walk in laundry room is nice. They have a very ''homey' feel. The property is well maintained and pristine. I moved from Orlando and did everything over the phone and via email -Rachel was amazing to work with. The renovated apartments are actually pretty nice. Spacious kitchens, nice sized bedrooms and I believe every apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The problem you ask?

In my experience; the maintenance is extremely poor. I've had multiple issues go unresolved because they never came when they said they would and I'm too busy to chase them down. It's really disappointing. Also the...
