When I walked into the nursing home I was greeted by several of the residents. They smelled very will and had on clothes that was clean. As I continue to look through this facility I came to the first floor nursing station, and there I was greeted by several of the nursing staff with big happy smiles on there faces, which lead me to think this has got to be the best place to put my love one. this is the best facility in columbus, georgia. I was so impressed with the care my mother received, the staff involved me and my family in every aspect of her care. Columbus Hospice was in on her care in the end and the compassion shown to my family was beyond words. Why do people try to destroy this nursing home

I know who commented too; and said 'shame on me'. One has to give Azalia Trace 30 days notice to leave, then find another nursing home to take her. None here will hold a bed for thirty days. She also would have to come from a three day hospital stay to even have the slightest chance to be put into another nursing home. I told Hospice to put her here, with me.
