I didn't know what to expect from the sauna but was pleased to burn some calories, improve my sleep and relieve pain and stiffness in my back. Highly recommend checking them out and seeing the benefits a sauna has!

Tried the relaxing float tank and it was amazing! Nothing like being totally isolated from noise and distractions while your body can totally relax. I never knew of this relaxation method before...

I love this place. I just discovered infrared saunas and I'm hooked. After each session I feel healthier and more relaxed. My skin feels great and I can tell my circulation is improving. My muscles feel more relaxed and I feel like my metabolism is better too! The staff are kind and the atmosphere is unpretentious.
