Help us make it rightMy truck broke down at 711. I called my insurance company for road side assistance and they contacted A&W for my tow at 11:10. After two hours, the insurance company called me back to see if my tow had arrived. It had not. So, they called A&W, who told them it would be 20 minutes. An hour later, they called again and got another 20 minute time limit. Another hour later, the tow still hadn't arrived. When I called and spoke with someone at A&W, they told me I should have just left my car unlocked with the key in it. I don't know of anyone who would do this, but the guy there made it seem like I was stupid for having not done that. If they upholster or clean like they tow, you should probably avoid them altogether. Wholly unreliable.
Horrible! Got them tho replace my convertible top and they broke a window. Didn't replace the seals and it is leaking! It wasn't leaking before I got it replaced! One of the handles the hold the top in place was bent! they did fix the window. But I was so disgusted with them I wouldn't let then touch my car again.
