I have lived her for 18 months, I was going to look for another complex that had 2bed/2bath with a garage(I live in 3 bed townhouse here now) After doing a lot of searching I have decided to stay here in a smaller apt even though I will not have a garage. There are many complexes around there was only one that came close for my needs and it was smaller and I would ending up spending almost the same for a smaller apt.
The office staff her is terrific as is the maintenance staff. The grounds are kept up also.
There are playgrounds, basketball court and tennis courts and kids and pets...

Read this before your rent @ Avalon Peaks

When My wife and I looked at Avalon Peaks the grounds were fantastic. They were manicured and well cared for. We have been here for a little over 1 year. My how things change. During the winter they dropped the rent, and it did bring in tenants that were not considerate of their surroundings. Large amounts of dog poo are always to be found. My boyfriend and I weren't too keen on living in a big apartment complex. But with time running out, Avalon Peaks was our best option. The screened in porch sold us on the place. The grounds were well kept and there's even a Frisbee golf course on the premises. Problems were fixed in a flash and the people who worked in the management office usually were pretty friendly. But when you move out, make sure your apartment is in top shape as you'll be charged for all kinds of things. The biggest downside was the isolated location in that scary new suburban area known as Apex-Cary.
