I personally have never bought a car from AutoNation. However I know someone that has. The compassion they showed was beyond comprehension. I will forever be grateful.

Stay away from Autonation. They won't honor warranties. We bought a BMW in Dec of 2007 (title shows December 20 2007) and in November brought the car in because it needs a new catalytic converter to the tune of close to $5000. Because the car was built in November of 2007, Autonation BMW is now saying Autonation will not honor the warranty for this item despite the fact we bought the car less...

Took my 2015 Taurus in at 8 am for a 4 PM appointment for a leak coming through the microphone in my roof. Zack in the service dept greeted me and said it may have to stay the night there depending on what was wrong. I had my car back and washed by the time they closed that night. Bad customer experience in the service dept. Bad communications..I took my car in for recalls and they never kept me up to speed. I had to call them over and over
Took my car in and after I got it back my radio wont work and they told me that it was not covered. I should of listen to my father in law and went to Lewisville
