Help us make it rightI took a '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get an estimate. They told me that the labor cost for the estimate would be $600 and the parts would be $600. when i asked why so much for parts, because online they were only $300, they tried to justify shipping costs. They could go less that 4 miles to advanced auto parts and pick up the parts and charge me gas money for that matter. I think this company is crooked and i will never go there again!
I took a '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this company for an estimate. They were very friendly to your face. Then, they called and said that due to the labor cost to look at it and find out that the differential in the rear and a broken hose in the AC system were the source of our problems, that it would be $600 for the estimate and another $600 to fix it! If we picked up the vehicle that day, it would've cost us $600; but if we let them fix it and pick it up in 3 days, it would only cost $1200. I am not impressed by this business. I will never go back!!!!!
