Definitely needed a car wash today and they had a deal 2 for $38 that included tire gloss. First off not all the machine inside the wash was working. For example, the underbody and side brushes...
My first visit and my window was left down when they sent it through the machine. Brought it to their attention and they addressed it immediately. Door panel is now wet and leather has started to separate on armrest. Was not offered a refund or even a discount on a future wash. Seems that doing at least that would have been standard procedure. You can't damage a customers car and then charge them.
20 minutes of drying in the sun every time.. most employees could care less if your car is clean or not and act as though you are asking way to much of them when you ask them to redo something... shame but no real alternative close by
