Uber driver here, They came in less time then estimated. Both partners we're polite and understanding. Towing was Less than 3/4 of a mile and gave me a little break.

Took my vehicle from a paid lot. I showed the app where I had paid, the time left on the lot and they physically threatened me, told me take it up with the App but good luck. I would give ZERO stars if possible. Extremely rude staff. They have a route that they follow to tow people parked in their own apartment complexes or random lots all over the city then charge an outrageous amounts of money to retrieve vehicles.

Signage about the potential to be towed is very small and not updated so they have more excuses to make money off anyone at anytime.

This company is undeniably crooked and they take advantage of socially and economically disadvantaged populations to make money. They have a route that they follow to tow people parked in their own apartment complexes and charge them outrageous amounts of money to retrieve their cars. Ripoff! Charging too much. They are out of there mind to charge $195 for 5 miles distance. I'm disappointed to come in to contact with them.
