Friendly Employees-Horrible Service Work

While I am please with the body shop (which is the only reason they are getting a 2 over a 1) I have had nothing but horrible issues with service. I had them do routine maintenance on my vehicle, a vehicle I've never had ANY mechanic issues with before. I asked them to please change out the front light bulbs (I even supplied the bulbs), and I knew there was a connector piece broken and asked them to replace. When I picked the car up the bulbs were still on the dash board unopened. The connector was still broken. Driving home the car seemed 'louder', at home we discovered a piece to the exhaust wasn't placed back completely so we had to take care of this ourself. Then we look under the hood-now they had called me to tell me that while the car was in the shop the battery died and it needed to be replaced---funny I hadn't had any issues before--but hey ok a new battery wouldn't hurt. Except for the $150 charge they didn't even clean off the connectors of any corrosion. The a few days later. We go to start the car it's revving at 200rpm in park, shift to drive it goes permanently to 250rpms and when you push the accelerator nothing happens. Top speed is 15mph. We take fuse box cover off and we find relay smashed (wasn't like this before it went into the shop) not to mention while it was in the shop the airbag light magically comes on and now I have to pay for that too.
Not happy. Not recommending. And will be passing this word on to anyone and everyone.
Ironic for a car with no issues mechanically going in, it came out and is of NO use to anyone. Not even drivable. AND while AutoHaus had the car they took it to Mazda dealership about the airbag. I just left that dealership and they stayed their records showed no further issues from hooking it up to their machines other than airbag.
Thank you but no thank you.
For full disclosure whe I took it into AutoHaus it had been rear ended on the rear drivers corner and the body shop did an awesome job. But that accident didn't cause any mechanical or engine issues.
My routine maintenance is going to cost me a fortune....after the fact. That money spent was not worth it since it's had nothing but issues since.
