This company has very bad customer service.... It started off when i was given the wrong quote...After given the correct quote, I was given a scheduled appointment. The day before my appointment i recieved a call saying i would have to change my appointment to later on that day. Later on that day came and no one called or showed up from the company, so i called the district manager (shannon) in hampton to see if i could get a discount because of the poor service, she bascially said no making up an excuse that had nothing to do with me...this company acted like they were the only glass company in the 757 area so i just asked for my money back because of the poor service..We need to stop supporting this companies that don't appreciate their customers!!!
Wonderful service! The two service techs came out on time, they were knowledgeable, professional, very quick, and they covered my deductible too!
I didn't have a problem with them the first time the man came out and did a very good job but this time coming to the shop was the worst experience I've ever had they are rude and argumentive with the customers not only me they started to argue with another lady and they took 4 hours to fix my window my appointment was at 2:30 o did not leave until 6:15, they need a new manager she is very very...
Don't. Do. It. Unreliable! I have a car in my driveway with NO windshield in it that THEY removed earlier in the week, and a forecast for rain. THEY told me on WED that they had an opening today. Been home ALL day waiting for the tech and when we call all we hear is about their staffing issues. I PAID for it already but for some reason I'm NOT a priority. Now of course they can't get me done...
They came out, were very professional and fast! They certainly were the cheapest quote I received! I will definitely recommend them in the future!!
