I have been taking my 745 to Ben for about 2 years now. There is never anyone trying to sell me something I don't need. He has always told me what he sees wrong after going over my car and lets me know what NEEDS to be done. The dealership wanted to charge me an ARM and a LEG and possibly have it for two weeks. Ben had my car back to me the next day and for WHOLE LOT less than the dealership. I would recommend this shop to everyone I know for any BMW needs. I work customer service and give credit when credit is due. Auto Envy has a great staff and I always feel like he appreciates my business.
