I am not sure what the one commenter who spammed this site with 7 or 8 of the same bad review was talking about. Nothing but true professionals! From my initial sales person and designer Chris, to Joe who spent countless hours with me answering questions even though I was NOT his customer, to the technicians who did the actual installation, everyone was great! The matched the price of Best Buy...

From the beginning, when we went to get the equipment, the staff at Audio-Video Synergy Inc. was patient and returned all our phone calls. We had a problems with the cabinet order which was clearly not their fault. But, they were ready to be there if any glitches came along. They're very knowledge about the products they sell. They are very accommodating; we were having a party in a couple days and jumped through hoops so we could have speakers. We've purchased a lot from them and the owner knows his business. I am never going anywhere else. There are a lot of schmucks in the A/V industry but they know exactly what they are doing!
