Bizarre policy of not accepting returns through US mail system. Makes it more costly to return items using UPS or FedEx.

The store has a great selection of phones, good pricing, and the employees are very helpful. I broke my phone on vacation and they were quick to get me into a new device and I was in and out of the store within about 45 minutes. Like I said, the people are very friendly, and they make you feel like family when you are there.
