Arrived to get a room with people already in the room. Received a 2nd room coffee maker was broken and there were stink bugs. Then over charged me over $500 on a 2 night stay. Just a stressful experience dealing with things that shouldn't have been an issue in the 1st place. Customer service were nice enough but I'd rather deal with someone that's on top of their job and less friendly so my...
