UNRELIABLE and UNABLE to live up to contracted services with NO communication.
Contracted with New Bell to move about 5,000 lbs from Virginia to SC. On-site inspection, emails, clarifications ending in contract signed. Contract modified to new date and signed with confirmatory emails. 2 days prior to move, contacted to give us updated (increased) price due to fuel changes.

Horrible communication skills and even worse customer service!!! I was just yelled at and hung up on by an employee whom was angry with us being "difficult" from the beginning for wanting our things delivered on a specific day of the week! What??? Mind you they have already been significantly paid for their services! I DO NOT recommend using this company you would probably be better off finding...

Beware - I took the bait of a significantly lower quote than Allied & United representatives, but because Atlas / New Bell underestimated our belongings, they only shipped a portion of our things. More than 3 weeks have passed since we've seen our things. We've filed a dispute on the charges and will be filing a complaint with the U.S. D.O.T. if this isn't resolved before the end of this week.

Terrible, rude packers. Horrible communication. Changes our move date on us 4 times without notification. When the truck arrived 11 days late, we are missing 69 boxes/items. Un-returned phone calls.
