The doctor and the assistants were great. HOWEVER, you can not call them DIRECT and you cant go threw an automative recording to select your location. (they have more than one location) You have to go threw a main phone number which the same girl answers each time. And you have to ask for the location you want. The office staff is not very helpful. make sure YOU are in compliance with their rule for scheduling your visits. They tried to charge us a copay for a appointment that THEY scheduled 1 week after the "90 day" THey are in control of the office visit scheduling and they want to charge us for being 7 days out of their rule. crazy??? if you have a out of state comp case don't go here and if you like a dr. that can listen to you ,don't go here they are as fast as anything with no time to spare and you still wait forever, they are to busy, go else where. There is more talking in the hall as far as time then you get to speak to the dr. The nurses are all dolls though ,very nice.

You should bring lunch with your when waiting to be seen by one of the doctors at Atlantic Orthopedic in the Kempsville office.

I told the doctor I wish I brought a snack with me when waiting so long to be seen and he replied I wish you brought one for me,When I finally left the janitor was going home.
