This company came out to give me an estimate for repairing/replacing my roof. They were very professional and I was impressed with their initial customer service. After receiving other quotes for the roof, we decided to go with them and we were told that the workers would arrive between 7 and 7:30 am on Monday morning. The roofers did not arrive on time – in fact they did not arrive until 9:20 and they never returned my first two phone calls. No apology for being late, just a lame excuse that they lost my address. Then the person “in charge” wanted to know what they were supposed to do. I was livid and I called the person who gave me the quote to find out what was going on. Again, no apology from the company and I did not receive any explanation as to why the roofing crew did not know the scope of work for my roofing repairs. This was the last straw and I told them we did not need their services and I went with another roofer. I have only had dealings with this company this one time, but if this is the “service” they offer I will never deal with them again. Congratulations on all of your good reviews and your decades of service to Hampton Roads, but if this is the way you treat people going forward you may not stay in business much longer. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone! I have given them one star because of the total lack of customer service, but, as previously stated, I fired them before they started the work so I cannot rate them on performance.

They had issues getting me scheduled, I kept having to call back. They were having delays due to rain. Finally got me on the schedule. Showed up early that morning and were done by 4pm. Great work
I was extremely pleased with our total GAF roof replacement. Mr. Cole outstanding customer service and product presentation sold me. This company has produced an excellent quality of work. They make sure the job is done right and at the best price!
