I am writing this letter to discuss the great service I have received from Atlantic Coast Construction Management. When I started here in Flemington, I walked into a mess from previous managers who started projects but never finished them due to themselves and some of the firms they hired in the past. I was determined not to go down the same road and when I had my first construction project I called on Atlantic Coast and was introduced to their team. When I first met ACCM I knew I was on the right track. These guys were professional from day one with a major focus on safety and getting the job done right. This was what I was looking for and I knew I had found it. ACCM completed the first project without any issues and all permits were opened and closed in the right way not leaving anything on my desk for me to worry about. I have since given ACCM and his team more projects and all have progressed in the same manner. I even gave them a pile of permits that were left open from previous projects and they are working hard to get them closed for me as well.
I could not be more pleased with my decision to work with Atlantic Coast and would recommend them to anyone for any job.

Atlantic Coast Construction Management was hired to renovate a Class 8 Clean Room area and move in multiple pieces of new and old equipment into that space. The project time frame was set for December of 2014 to the July of 2015.
In that time frame, ACCM’s professionalism was evident during the course of the project.
During the course of the construction phase it was clear to ACCM and their project team that cleanliness was of the utmost importance as this was happening in a cleanroom where the section under construction was curtained off. The facility was able to continue production without impact to product or environment. His team ensured that the conditions were met during the entire construction phase.
Post construction, multiple pieces of equipment were moved into the facility in different phases, and again ACCM and their team continued their constant level of communication and professionalism.
ACCM’s experience in construction and engineering in the pharmaceutical and medical industry was of a great help during the various phases as he was able to provide technical advice for any issues that arose.
