Very basic job that should not have gone wrong. Communication was poor with absolutely no attention paid to the customer, especially during the installation process. This experience was a classic situation of having to make too many compromises so I would not recommend this awning company. I can honestly say that overall I am extremely disappointed.
Poor customer service. When we ask to meet with them they would only meet on their hours, so we had to lose time from our jobs. Did not schedule the appointment to install the awning just showed up. I would not recommend this company.
