I made a reservation with them two days ago, ride never showed up. Called them and they kept putting me on hold over and over again. They never could locate my driver. I was late at the airport, missed my flight. Still in Atlanta, leaving tomorrow.

I forgot to book a car for my boss, who had just landed at the Atlanta airport, and called me to make sure the car was there and I forgot. I looked the company up and spoke with Adam and he had a car there within 15 minutes. By the time he got to baggage claim, the driver was there with a sign with his last name. He said the car was clean, the driver had a cold Fiji water, which is the only bottled water he drinks and candy as well.
