The hotel was noisy, and the desk clerks were busy smoking every five (5) minutes. Also, it appeared that there were vagrants hanging out at the front desk.\n\nCoffee in the rooms, and at a minimum a continental breakfast. Also evening coffee or tea would have been nice.

The location\n\nStaff was extremely rude and unwilling to accommodate early check in or late checkout requests. No breakfast offered and the room was trashed (hole in bathroom door, drawer front missing, shower rod pulled off wall, bulbs missing from fixtures, etc)

No breakfast of any kind. No fitted sheets on the bed. Uncomfortable bed. Hotel is old and in need of updating. The hotel changed the rate on the room to more than double what the original rate was.
