While dusting I accidentally knocked a valuable, miniature "Toby Jug" off its shelf and it fell to the hard, ceramic tiled floor. The hat was broken into 3 pieces and there were some noticeable cracks in the body. I took it to Barbara and she explained the process and costs in great detail.
